Our refund policy is designed to keep the cancellation and refund process simple and transparent.

At Celebration Flix, we understand that plans can change. To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required.

Cancellation & Refund

If you want to cancel your booking, please inform us through WhatsApp at least 72 hours before your booked time. In this case, the advance amount will be refunded.

Decorations & Special Add-ons

Any amount paid for decoration, cakes, food, or other special add-ons may not be refundable once the order is confirmed or prepared.

Refund Processing Time

Once the refund is approved, we usually start the process within 24 hours. The amount may take around 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.

Refund eligibility is subject to the cancellation timeline and the status of any additional services or products included in your booking.
