Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Booking Time

Your booking is confirmed once the required advance payment has been received. Please provide accurate information while making your booking.

Guests are requested to arrive on time. Late arrival will not extend or increase the duration of your booked time slot.

2. Guest Limit & Behaviour

Each theatre has a fixed guest capacity. Additional guests, where permitted, may be subject to additional charges.

All guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the rules and instructions of the venue. Unsafe, illegal, abusive, disruptive, or harmful behaviour is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment

Any remaining balance, applicable charges, or additional costs for food, cakes, decorations, extra guests, or other add-ons must be paid as required by Celebration Flix.

4. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling

For cancellations, please inform us via WhatsApp at least 72 hours before your booked time.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Charges relating to prepared, customized, or confirmed add-ons may not be refundable.

Requests to change the booking date or time are subject to slot availability. Please contact our team as early as possible if you need to make any changes.

5. Food, Cake & Decoration

Food, cakes, decorations, and other add-ons may involve additional charges.

Please confirm with the Celebration Flix team before bringing any outside food, cake, decorations, or other items into the venue.

6. Alcohol-Free Venue

Celebration Flix is a completely alcohol-free venue.

Bringing, possessing, or consuming alcohol anywhere inside the Celebration Flix premises is strictly prohibited.

7. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their booking to theatre equipment, furniture, decorations, fixtures, or any other property belonging to Celebration Flix.

Guests may be required to pay for the cost of repair or replacement resulting from such damage.

8. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings during their visit.

Celebration Flix cannot guarantee the recovery of items that are lost, misplaced, or forgotten at the venue.

9. Photos & Videos

Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos during their celebration.

Celebration Flix will not use guests' celebration photos or videos for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes without obtaining the necessary permission.

10. Technical Issues

In the event of an unexpected technical issue involving theatre equipment or other facilities, our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Some technical issues may be beyond our immediate control, and resolution times may vary depending on the nature of the issue.

11. Safety

All guests must follow basic safety rules and the instructions provided by the Celebration Flix team.

Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or accompanying responsible adult at all times.

12. Changes to These Terms

Celebration Flix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions when required.

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will be made available on our website. Continued use of our services or completion of a booking after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
